International Franchise Expo 


The Shoney’s franchising team joined 450 other top franchises and a thousand entrepreneurs at the International Franchise Expo in New York City on June 18 – June 20. Shoney's Changing With The Times


Nashville's News Channel 5 conducted an interview with Director of Marketing, Damon Davoudpour to discuss the changes for the historic restaurant chain to include a new look, image, and the introduction of alcohol.  Since joining the team, Davoudpour has introduced several key "brand firsts" to include a digital marketing strategy that includes eClub, social media, mobile marketing and a new loyalty system.

Damon Davoudpour, along side agency partner, Kevin Planovsky, visited Digiday Retail Summit in Deer Park Utah to discuss local social media. Davoudpour and Planovsky focused on developing individual, local social media channels like Facebook for each of Shoney's restaurants which allows local managers to engage with guests and fans.
